This page separates questions for a private reference website from requests that must go to an official office. Bayfield County docket sheets, filed documents, certified copies, and hearing confirmations come from Wisconsin Circuit Court Access or the Bayfield County Clerk of Courts & Register in Probate. We cannot retrieve or alter a court record. Use the routes below to reach the custodian that can answer the request.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Official Bayfield County requests should be routed by record type:

  • A docket sheet: run a docket search through WCCA, or request the record from the clerk
  • A court date or setting: check the court schedule, then confirm the setting with the clerk
  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
  • A specific case: search WCCA by party name or case number through the docket search instructions
  • Court records and case files: review court case records, or contact the official custodian
